Many people with disabilities may need Advanced Nursing Care. At Eazzy care, we have a team of highly qualified Support Workers and Registered Nurses who can provide High Intensity Care.

At Eazzy care , we provide a high quality of in-home disability care services. Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) solutions are for people with high support needs, who need permanent help at their homes or even in our SDA facilities.

Many people with disabilities require reliable transportation to attend appointments, participate in community activities, and maintain their independence. At Eazzy Care, we provide dedicated Support Workers who can assist with travel and transport, ensuring you can safely and comfortably reach your destination while staying connected to your community.
